Responsibilities include analyzing incident trends and ensuring compliance with safety standards, while collaborating with teams to maintain efficient and secure expressway operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Able to organize activities and personnel as per plan.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Computer literate and able to write reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day toll collection, traffic management and security operations.
• Develop and enforce toll, traffic and security procedures and work instructions.
• Optimize toll lane availability and manage traffic incidents and weather events.
• Ensure staffing levels meet operations and avoid unmanned posts.
• Prepare and analyze toll, traffic and security statistics for continuous improvement.
