Job summary

Metro Pacific Tollways Cordova invites a Senior Associate to help maintain toll and traffic system infrastructure. You will monitor hardware and software, respond to end-user inquiries, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support capacity planning.

You will document security controls, follow SOPs, and work within ITIL-guided operations in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and proactive problem-solving are essential to keep services secure and available.

Responsibilities

• Support end user calls relating to toll and traffic systems.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance to all devices related to toll and traffic systems. Conduct regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Repair and recover hardware and software failures. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
• Understand and Debug issues reported by customer.
• Follow standard SOPs and if necessary, create and modify SOPs.
• Creating designs and support documentation for the delivered infrastructure. Raising change records and executing activity while adhering to company approved processes and procedures.
• Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment. Maintaining all the software and hardware in relation to security. Documenting security certifications, identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats.
• Identify and implement necessary security controls in toll and traffic systems
• Conducting proactive research to analyze security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Ability to follow ITIL framework in managing the entire Technology operations.
• Other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior/management.
