Job summary

Metro Pacific Tollways is seeking a dedicated Operations and Maintenance professional in the Central Operations and Maintenance Management department to monitor expressway conditions and coordinate rapid responses to incidents.

You will oversee mobilization of Patrol Crew, EMS, and Incident Response Team, and ensure timely dispatch, logging, and reporting of incidents while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitors expressway conditions to ensure safety and seamless passage.
• Ensures mobilization of Patrol Crew, EMS, and Incident Response Team with timely response and clearance times.
• Coordinates with government agencies (LTO, PNP, BFP, PCG, SOCO) for external assistance during incidents.
• Monitors and logs all incidents in the incident management system with dispatch and completion times; submits traffic incident reports on time.
• Provides real-time traffic updates to senior management via approved channels (Email, SMS, MS Teams).
• Gathers and analyzes reports from Patrol Crew and motorists to identify improvements and initiates corrective actions.
• Implements traffic management plans to minimize incident impact while ensuring safety compliance.
• Operates and monitors communication and surveillance equipment (radios, CCTV, video recorders); maintains workstation cleanliness and delivers excellent customer service to motorists and the public.
• Provides exceptional customer service to the motorist and general public.
