Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a passionate Operations Manager to join our team in Philippines. This role requires strongcritical thinking and deep industry knowledge to support a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will report to the Director of Operations and adapt to shifting schedules, with compensation aligned to Philippine holidays. The position focuses on driving retention, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring adherence to governance and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years experience in Operations Management or 6+ years of Lead experience in Operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Excellent people and stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective planning, organizing, and execution skills.
• Keen to work with targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention initiatives and coordinate with Process Excellence to avoid disruptions.
• Manage day-to-day operations and related issues impacting performance.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the Director of Operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead Team Leaders and oversee timekeeping-related actions.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality to document SOPs and training.
• Support deployment and monitoring of Operations strategies.
