OPENLANE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a passionate Operations Manager to lead daily operations, team development, and stakeholder collaboration across a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong problem-solving, English communication, and leadership abilities to drive performance and adherence to corporate standards. The position involves shift work from 8:00 PM or 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with Philippine holiday coverage and alignment to country schedules.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years experience in Operations Management or 6+ years of Lead experience in Operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analysis skills with strong business acumen
• Strong People Management and Stakeholder management skills
• Excellent Planning, Organizing, and Execution skills
• Strong English-speaking skills
• Keen on working with targets and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: drive retention, day-to-day operations, performance reporting, data analysis, and training alignment
• Team Development: lead and mentor teams, ensure targets are met, conduct triad coaching
• Stakeholder Management: escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, performance reviews with onshore partners, KPI/SLA collaboration
