Job summary

OPENLANE, a technology-driven used-vehicle marketplace, seeks a Program Coordinator in Manila to optimize data quality and governance within the Sales Operations group. You will ensure data integrity across systems, map data to Salesforce, scrub leads, and support case workflows while collaborating with the Sales Ops team.

The role requires strong Excel and CRM skills, experience with Salesforce and Domo, and the ability to multitask with prioritization.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Strong CRM skills (preferably Salesforce).
• Must be a team player with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently while staying in close touch with the Sales Ops Team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data integrity across systems and elevate data issues to appropriate team.
• Identify duplicate data and parent duplicates to provide unique opportunities and TAM to Sales Team.
• Assist with Lead Generation Data Scrubbing and assignment.
• Triage Tier 1 Support Cases regarding Data and Out of Business.
• Vet Dealer Group and membership and tag appropriately.
• Map acquired data to existing platform data through Salesforce.
• Utilize standard process for data stewardship and leverage internal and external tools to validate.
• Audit current deals and fee programming.
• Must be proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Slack and experience with using Domo Dashboards and Reports to drill down into data.
• Ability to input data into Google Sheets and Salesforce.
• Ability to create cases in Slack and email. Monitor status and continue the process after cases are completed.
• Excellent Time management and prioritization of efforts based on impact to business.
• All other duties assigned.
