Job summary

OPENLANE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Program Coordinator to optimize data quality for the Sales Operations group. You will ensure data integrity across systems, identify duplicates, scrub leads, and support case triage. Strong Salesforce, Excel, Slack, and Domo skills are required.

You will map data to Salesforce, work with Google Sheets, and collaborate with the Sales Ops Team to drive operational excellence and timely data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer Service or BPO experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data integrity across systems and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Identify duplicates and ensure unique records and TAM alignment for Sales.
• Assist with Lead Generation Data Scrubbing and assignment.
• Triage Tier 1 Support Cases related to data and business operations.
• Vet Dealer Group memberships and tag appropriately.
• Map acquired data to existing platform data through Salesforce.
• Use standard data stewardship processes and internal/external tools for validation.
• Audit current deals and fee programming.
• Input data into Google Sheets and Salesforce accurately.
• Create cases in Slack and email; monitor status until resolution.
• Maintain excellent time management and prioritization based on business impact.
