Wing Assistant is seeking an Operations Manager to lead supervisors within our Philippine operations. The role focuses on ensuring the success of the team and overseeing operational processes to drive excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven BPO operations management experience, at least 1 year in the VA industry, excellent English communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset. This is a hybrid role with US work hours in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a cluster of supervisors, monitoring performance, attendance, and service quality.
• Monitor accounts and perform health checks, addressing issues with informed solutions.
• Communicate resource needs to talent acquisition, ensuring assignments within 3 days.
• Lead weekly meetings to update on account status and process changes.
• Provide weekly coaching to address quality issues and deliver feedback.
• Create and improve incentive programs to motivate team performance.
• Handle additional weekly, monthly, quarterly tasks as assigned.

Operations Manager

Our company is looking for an Operations Manager to start immediately!

The Role:

We seek an experienced and talented Operations Manager to join our esteemed team of leaders in our Philippine Operations. The main role is to be responsible for the success of supervisors and captains under the assigned cluster and oversee overall operational processes.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee a cluster of supervisors and monitor their performance, attendance, and quality of their service outputs
• Monitor all accounts and perform regular health checks to address all issues with well-informed solutions
• Communicate to the talent acquisition team resources that are unstaffed and that they are assigned an account within 3 days
• Keep your team updated on the status of accounts, process changes, and company announcements through weekly meetings
• Provide weekly coaching to tackle quality issues and to provide constructive feedback
• Create and improve incentive programs for team members to motivate them to perform well
• Other weekly, monthly, quarterly ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven operations management experience in a BPO environment or similar
• At least 1-year experience working in the Virtual Assistant industry
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Tech savvy and a fast learner
• Adaptable and flexible

₱70,000 - ₱85,000 a month

Schedule:

US work hours (40+ hours per week)

This is a hybrid job (within Metro Manila)

Qualifications:
