vamasters, Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Admin and Appointment Setter to support small businesses and nonprofits in the Philippines.

You will conduct prospect research, make friendly outreach calls, qualify leads, and book discovery calls while keeping Salesforce, calendars, and prospect lists organized. Ideal candidates are comfortable on the phone, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn HR concepts as the role grows.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident spoken and written English required.
• Friendly, professional phone presence with active listening.
• Ability to follow a script while adapting to conversations.
• Sound judgment; avoid giving HR, legal, tax or accounting advice.
• Comfort with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets/Excel; quick learner.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.
• Professional video meeting etiquette.
• Quiet calling space and reliable internet.
• Discipline and productivity with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to apply feedback quickly.

Responsibilities

• Research small businesses and nonprofits matching ideal client profile.
• Make warm introductory and follow-up calls using approved scripts.
• Qualify leads through active listening and context clues.
• Schedule and confirm discovery calls; manage Google Calendar and reminders.
• Record detailed notes, lead status, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Maintain clean prospect lists in Sheets/Excel; remove duplicates.
• Coordinate Gmail inbox and HoneyBook workflows.
• Utilize AI tools for drafting and research with caution.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and join weekly check-ins.
• Support client onboarding and basic QuickBooks record organization as needed.
