Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Process Analyst to help design and document business processes critical to operations. You will lead efforts to capture requirements, analyze data, and propose improvements across global stakeholders.

The role involves training content creation, process governance, and collaboration with IT and operations to ensure capacity planning and adoption of standard processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration a plus.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years operational experience in data analysis/management and the delivery of operations through use of technology solutions including the use of ERP.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in defining, developing and improving processes in area of business responsibility.
• Document, maintain and govern key processes, documents and process flow maps.
• Create content for training packages and deliver training globally as needed.
• Collaborate, communicate and demonstrate effective teamwork to conduct process responsibilities.
• Be the focal point/escalation point when process issues arise.
• Drive key projects and manage change into the business for process improvements.
• Review, analyze and evaluate process performance for improvement initiatives.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders and IT for system improvement initiatives.
• Determine resource capacity requirements with operations manager.
