Zusammenfassung

Ben Edictio Search is seeking a Senior Tax Lead in the Philippines to oversee global and Philippine tax compliance, VAT reporting, and related activities. You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and coordinate with audits and regulatory bodies.

The position is hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH), based in Parañaque with relocation to Taguig planned for January 2027. Direct hire, permanent role, Monday–Friday mid-shift (2 PM–11 PM).

Qualifikationen

• :Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA preferred but not required.
• :4–8 years of tax experience in a global/international environment.
• :2–3 years of leadership/people-management experience.
• :Experience in indirect tax, tax returns, local and international tax.
• :Experience with ERP tools and process improvement is a plus.
• :Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• :Direct hire and permanent.
• :Hybrid work setup: 3x onsite, 2x work-from-home per week.

Qualifications

• A graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance; preferably with CPA license but not required.
• With 4-8 years of experience in tax in global/international environment. Must have 2-3 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Must have experience in indirect tax, tax returns, local and international tax.
• Preferably with experience in process improvement in tax codes or any ERP tools.
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Mid Shift (2PM-11PM)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite and 2x wfh a week)
• Location: Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Parañaque City; will relocate to Taguig in January 2027
