Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Wonderzone operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor and manage the deployment, attendance, and performance of operations personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, readiness, and proper condition of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, and other support departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and standards.
