Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations and activities.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff and monitor completion.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and work productivity.
• Make appropriate decisions within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports, records, and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment, supplies, documents, and other resources.
• Maintain workplace safety, order, and professionalism.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees.
• Take charge of operations in the absence of the department head or regular manager.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
