Candid Coffee is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across its branches. You will oversee performance, audits, process improvements, and ERP-related initiatives, delivering timely reports and insights to leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years in operations, branch management, or hospitality. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and strong project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, branch management, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, operational controls, audits, and process improvement.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, checklists, and operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and working with operational data.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and highly accountable.
• Willingness to conduct regular branch visits in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP – Commercial Operations in ensuring consistent execution across all branches.
• Monitor branch performance, standards, and service quality.
• Conduct regular branch visits, inspections and audits.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement audit tools, checklists, and reporting templates.
• Establish reporting systems to track issues and resolution timelines.
• Assist in SOPs, Manuals, dashboards, and reporting templates.
• Monitor metrics like sales, labor, costs, inventory, and customer experience.
• Map processes to identify bottlenecks and control gaps.
• Support ERP implementation and rollout.
