Supernormal in San Juan, Metro Manila, is hiring a full-time manager for our cafe and design retail venture. You'll learn to run the entire operation — floor, people, numbers, suppliers, and systems — with a path to become the operations lead.

Qualifications

• No prior management experience required — but you should have 1–3 years working in a real team environment, ideally in food & beverage, hospitality, or creative.
• You’re organized, calm when it gets busy, and clear when it counts; you lead by example, not by title.

Responsibilities

• Build and run systems that ensure great service and smooth shifts.
• Keep the space clean, organized, and up to safety standards.
• Learn to count inventory stock, flag concerns, and submit reports.
• Get trained on hiring, scheduling, discipline, and compliance.
• Control finances, inventory, procurement, and expenses.
• Manage menu recipes, quality, and costing.
• Run team huddles, improve operations, and report to owners.
