Gentle Giant Ventures is seeking an Operations Lead to work directly with management. This role is the number-two in the business, spanning floor service, marketing, partnerships, and more.

You'll own day-to-day operations, drive inventory and supplier management, support revenue growth, and oversee social media content and events as the brand scales toward future growth. This fast-paced role offers a clear path to broader leadership as the company grows.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience on the floor and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Strong organisation, self-drive, and proactive work style.
• Comfort with wearing multiple hats across ops, content, and supplier calls.
• Interest in Singapore cafe/bar scene is a plus.

Responsabilidades

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Lead to work directly alongside the management. This is a number-two role. You'll be across everything from floor service to marketing to partnerships. It's broad, it's fast, and it's the kind of role where the right person grows into a General Manager and eventually leads our future growth.

This isn't a job for someone who wants a lane. It's for someone who wants the whole road.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running day-to-day operations across our café and bar service, including team coordination, rostering, and service standards


• Managing inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control


• Supporting our food revenue growth strategy. This is a key priority, not an afterthought


• Owning our social media content pipeline and coordinating KOL activations


• Helping execute events, brand activations, and partnership programming


• Being the person the management trusts to keep things moving when they're not in the room

Who You Are

• 3 to 5 years in F&B or hospitality. You've worked the floor, you understand service, and you've started taking on responsibility beyond your title


• You're organised, self-driven, and you don't wait to be told what to do


• You're comfortable wearing multiple hats. Ops one hour, content the next, supplier call after that


• You have good taste and an eye for detail. You care about how things look, feel, and flow


• Knowledge of Singapore's café and bar scene is a big plus


• You're excited by building something, not just maintaining it
