Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent.
• At least five years of sales experience including people leadership or remote, distributed, or multi-team sales organizations.
• Proven success in driving revenue, sales conversion, pipeline health, productivity, and forecast accuracy.
• Experience developing frontline leaders and sales professionals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to frontline supervisors and team leads.
• Drive achievement of revenue, agency conversion, sales activity, productivity, and pipeline goals.
• Establish and maintain performance dashboards, reviews, and operating rhythms.
• Lead coaching and development sessions with supervisors and sellers.
• Ensure Salesforce data integrity and timely sales forecasts.
• Partner with HR to plan staffing and onboarding efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales Ops, and Marketing.
