Job summary

Savills Philippines, a leading real estate solutions provider, is seeking an Operations Lead for Facilities Management at our Head Office in BGC, Taguig. You will oversee maintenance, service delivery, and compliance for managed properties, driving efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will lead a FM team, manage vendors, monitor budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting space planning and strategic initiatives to optimize productivity and wellbeing for occupants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Professional)
• License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in Facilities Management
• Willing to work on site and perform field work
• Five days a week on-site availability

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive/corrective maintenance
• Monitor energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and opex
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits and licenses
• Lead and coach the Facilities Management team
• Manage vendors, contracts, and performance monitoring
• Monitor billing, collections, and revenue targets
• Maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and stakeholders
• Monitor client satisfaction and delivery of FM services
• Submit operational reports and ISO 9001:2015 documentation
• Support space planning and workplace optimization
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
• Support strategic planning and business development

POSITION

Operations Lead for Facilities Management

Job Description

• Oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Facilities Management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance, performance monitoring, service quality, and adherence to agreed standards.
• Monitor billing, collections, revenue targets, and financial requirements of Facilities Management sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, board of trustees, and other key stakeholders through regular engagement and effective communication.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services.
• Oversee the timely submission of operational reports, documentation, and client deliverables in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Support space planning and workplace optimization initiatives to promote productivity, functionality, and employee well-being.
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support strategic planning, business development, and other initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term goals.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Professional
• License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) or any related course
• At least 4 years of working experience in Facilities Management.
• Willing to work on site and do field work.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
