Job summary

Savills Philippines, a leading real estate solutions provider, seeks an Operations Lead for Facilities Management at our Head Office in BGC, Taguig. The role is on-site five days a week and focuses on overseeing maintenance, service delivery, and regulatory compliance across managed properties.

You will lead a FM team, manage vendor performance, optimize energy and costs, and ensure client satisfaction with high-quality services that meet ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) or related field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Facilities Management.
• Willing to work on site and do field work.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties per company policies and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the Facilities Management team for efficient service delivery.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance and performance monitoring.
• Monitor billing, collections, revenue targets, and financial requirements of sites.
• Maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and key stakeholders via regular engagement.
• Monitor client satisfaction and delivery of high-quality FM services.
• Oversee timely submission of operational reports and client deliverables per ISO 9001:2015.
• Support space planning and workplace optimization to enhance productivity and wellbeing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to raise quality and reduce costs.
• Support strategic planning and business development aligned with long-term goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Facilities Management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance, performance monitoring, service quality, and adherence to agreed standards.
• Monitor billing, collections, revenue targets, and financial requirements of Facilities Management sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, board of trustees, and other key stakeholders through regular engagement and effective communication.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
