Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for Facilities Management at our head office in Taguig. You will oversee maintenance, service delivery, and energy optimization across managed properties on-site five days a week.

This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management to ensure high-quality FM services. Responsibilities include leading the FM team, coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving cost-efficiency while

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related.
At least 4 years in Facilities Management.
Willing to work on-site five days a week.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties.
Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Monitor energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, and monitor Facilities Management team performance.
Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance and service quality.
Monitor billing, collections, and revenue targets for Facilities Management sites.
Maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and stakeholders through regular engagement.
