Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an L2 Operations Manager to own end-to-end execution of operational teams and back-office processes. You will define performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and report E2E results to stakeholders to enable timely actions.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, support strategic projects (D365, Cloud MPS) and ensure alignment with company targets. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end operations in a large services or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to define metrics, governance and performance plans.
• Demonstrated capability to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of operational teams and back-office processes.
• Own reporting of E2E metrics to stakeholders and drive action plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support strategic projects and ensure adoption across sub-processes.
• Provide training and develop staff to meet objectives.
