Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Consumables Management Operations Lead to guide and support a team within Consumables Management Operations, ensuring strong operational performance, service quality, and timely escalation resolution.

You will drive continuous improvement, support workforce planning, and partner with stakeholders to meet business objectives while leading day-to-day activities from Cebu City on site for the first six months, with a potential hybrid arrangement later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in operations, shared services, customer support, or related environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day Consumables Management Operations.
• Monitor team performance and drive achievement of operational goals and service levels.
• Serve as the escalation point for operational and customer-related issues.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Utilize data, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.
