Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Ops Learning & Development Trainer to support frontline and operational teams in Manila. The role focuses on delivering Foundation Skills, program-specific, and continuous learning trainings while coordinating schedules, materials, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Learning & Development with strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, plus proficiency in LMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development, Training Delivery, Facilitation, Coaching, or Contact Center Operations.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Foundation Skills, Program-Specific, and Continuous Learning training programs.
• Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective learning sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Adapt facilitation methods to accommodate different learning styles and audience needs.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retention.
• Coordinate training schedules, agendas, and learning plans with timelines and business requirements.
• Maintain adherence to training processes, documentation, and checklists.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain training materials (Manuals, Facilitator Guides, Assessments, TPAs, Resources).
• Ensure all required employee documents and sign-off forms are completed and maintained.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding: access setup and credentials, equipment requests.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Manage training logistics, platforms, and learning systems.
• Track attendance, assessments, and completion metrics; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leaders to identify training needs and improvements.
• Act as Team Leader during Transition Bay / nesting periods.
