Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs in implementing People and Culture strategies and programs.
• Coordinate and maintain HR data, reports, and inquiries.
• Assist in the annual Great Place to Work certification process.
• Support data analytics with Power BI and HRIS inputs.
• Facilitate engagement surveys and track action plans.
• Support policy rollout and ensure compliance with regulations.
