Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an Operations Executive to support end-to-end manpower fulfilment for Commercial Workforce Solutions, focusing on hotel, F&B and events sectors. You will source candidates, onboard, schedule deployments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of manpower.

You will manage postings, engage candidates, interview, brief on assignment requirements and guide onboarding. Hybrid work after probation and exposure to diverse markets are offered.

Responsibilities

• Guide new candidates through onboarding and registration processes.
• Ensure candidate information and documentation are complete before deployment.
• Coordinate scheduling, deployment, replacements and last-minute manpower needs.
• Maintain regular communication with deployed personnel and provide operational support.
• Resolve attendance and scheduling issues promptly.

About the role

The Operations Executive will support the end-to-end manpower fulfilment process for Commercial Workforce Solutions operations, primarily serving the Hotel, F&B and MICE/Events sectors. The role includes candidate sourcing, onboarding, scheduling, deployment and client coordination to ensure smooth and timely delivery of manpower requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings across various recruitment channels, job portals and social media platforms.
• Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, networking, recruitment activities and job fairs.
• Interview and assess candidates based on job requirements, experience, availability and suitability.
• Brief candidates on job responsibilities, working schedules, grooming standards, rates and other assignment requirements.
• Match suitable candidates to assignments based on clients' manpower requirements and work schedules.
• Guide new candidates through the registration and onboarding process.
• Ensure required candidate information and documentation are properly completed prior to deployment.
• Coordinate manpower scheduling, deployment, replacements and last-minute manpower requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with deployed personnel and provide operational support when required.
• Manage and resolve attendance, scheduling, no-show and other deployment-related matters promptly.

About you

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
• Strong coordination, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple manpower requirements and changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, responsive and comfortable handling last-minute operational changes.
• Able to support operational requirements outside regular office hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, where necessary.
• Prior experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, hospitality, F&B or events operations will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
