You will establish scalable processes, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure SLA-driven hiring outcomes with a strong emphasis on data reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manpower or recruitment operations.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience managing high-volume or multi-account recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management with client organizations.
• Proficient in data-driven recruitment reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

About the role

Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy Services Corp. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end manpower sourcing and recruitment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient, scalable recruitment processes that meet client service-level agreements and organizational hiring objectives across a multi-client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple client accounts, from candidate sourcing through onboarding handoff
• Establish and enforce recruitment service-level agreements, workflows, and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes
• Provide leadership and performance management to a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal HR Business Partner teams to forecast manpower requirements and align hiring strategies
• Maintain oversight of recruitment reporting, including pipeline status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire metrics
• Develop and manage relationships with sourcing channels, job boards, and external recruitment agencies as required
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience standards
• Ensure full compliance with applicable labor standards and internal company policies throughout the recruitment process

About you

• At least five (5) years of professional experience in manpower or recruitment operations, including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume or multi-account recruitment functions
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage directly with client organizations
• Proficiency in data-driven recruitment reporting
• Sound organizational and people-management competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
