Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Makati, Philippines, seeks a detail-oriented operations professional to manage group bookings, daily operations, and reporting to the supervisor/operation manager. You will work closely with the sales team to push for real bookings and ensure timely confirmations of services, while maintaining revenue controls and effective communication with partners.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in travel operations, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• New group bookings, including series and ad hoc.
• Push confirmation of services, including hotels and ground services.
• Revenue/budget control.
• Regular update of sign up pax.
• Communicate with agents, LPICs and HRD as needed.
• Cancel groups and follow up cancellation fees.
• Materialize groups after agent approval and confirm services by due time.
• Change services and confirm by due time.
• Finalize groups and send final documents to agents.
• Check BIS reports and create invoices.
• Troubleshoot during trips.
• Join weekly operation team meetings for information sharing and case studies.
• Complete assignments and reports to supervisor/operation manager.
• Internal communication across teams.
• Clear, open communication with Destination Management Office Operations.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on initiatives.
• Negotiate prices and conditions with clients and Destination Management Office.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job description

This role is in charge of following up offers, daily operation works and completing assignment and reports to supervisor/operation manager.

Follow-up of offers – Work with sales team closely to get feedback of offers and push for real bookings in return.

Daily operation works – Ensure all daily operations to be done properly

Complete assignment and reports to supervisor/operation manager

Key Responsibilities

• New group bookings, including series and ad hoc
• Push confirmation of services, including hotels and ground services

• Cancel groups when required and follow up cancellation fee if any
• Materialize groups when approved by agents and make sure all services to be confirmed properly by due time
• Change services and follow up confirmation by due time
• Finalize groups and send out final document to agents
• Check BIS reports and create invoices
• Trouble shooting while groups are in the trip
• Join weekly operation team meeting for information sharing and case study
• Complete assignment and reports to supervisor/operation manager
