Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to oversee performance across multiple customer-focused locations in Metro Manila. You will drive operational excellence, oversee sales and customer experience, and align with marketing and finance to ensure consistent execution of company standards.

You will report to senior leadership and lead site leaders and cross-functional teams to grow the business, improve efficiency, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring service excellence.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, revenue, and performance; collaborate with sales to hit targets.
• Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and policy adherence.
• Coach site leaders; foster accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
