Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist for a hybrid work setup in Taguig. The role focuses on facilitating process improvements, delivering operational excellence training, and coaching teams on measurement and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Willing to consider Yellow Belt trained/certified and VSM experience.
• Open to college undergraduates.
• At least 1 year of experience handling a project in a client facing role.
• Open to ASEAN + India candidates; with provision for P43/P44.
• Can consider candidates with OpEx and Six Sigma background.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance.
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes.
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of KPIs, and train and coach on measurement principles.
• Provide support/input to KPI reports and review meetings.
• Facilitate cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and promote quality culture.
• Provide support to develop tracking tools and other assets for operational excellence insights.
• Communicate salient quality issues and business opportunities to key management.
