Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking an analytical Business Operation Analyst to support end-to-end process assessments and improvements. You will partner with stakeholders to identify systemic issues and implement sustainable controls, driving operational efficiency and client experience.

The role focuses on documenting reviews, reporting, and change-management activities while maintaining adherence to governance standards across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
• Advanced MS Excel/Access skills for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform document reviews and process assessments; evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs.
• Identify process gaps, promote root-cause understanding, and recommend controls.
• Ensure changes related to system, policy, and procedures are implemented consistently.
• Build and analyze reporting to support operational performance management.
• Propose process reengineering solutions and lead or support improvement initiatives.
• Operate with ownership and accountability to deliver results.
• Support Change Control policy and procedure documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors as required.
• Support requirements gathering, testing activities, and QA for initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and governance standards.
