Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in trade operations or related fields.
• Experience using trade processing and settlement platforms or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders and counterparties.
• Ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and resolve exceptions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience following documented procedures and controls for risk management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances.
• Investigate, document, and resolve breaks within timelines.
• Execute trade processing activities to ensure timely settlement.
• Monitor trade flows and remediate issues affecting settlement.
• Maintain accurate trade records and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Partner with technology teams to enhance processing workflows and systems.
• Support risk management by following controls and reporting issues.
