Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead end-to-end payroll operations for employees across pay cycles in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has at least three years of payroll experience with supervisory responsibilities.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with HR and Finance, and train staff on payroll processes, data integrity, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 3 years of payroll administration experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax withholding, and wage compliance.
• Experience using payroll software, HRIS platforms, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end payroll processing for employees across pay cycles.
• Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Coordinate employee data updates with HR and ensure payroll records are current.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies, off-cycle payments, and pay inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, wage laws, and internal payroll policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
• Support benefits deductions, leave pay calculations, and year-end activities.
• Train and guide payroll or HR support staff on procedures and best practices.
