• Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila and perform field work.
• Preferably 1–4 years experience in customer service or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% manpower deployment and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate activities and updates of personnel to client site supervisor.
• Disseminate policies and guidelines to assigned area/account.
• Supervise manpower, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching.
• Assist in recruitment and prepare operational update reports for clients.
• Relieve for unfilled seats and perform other duties as assigned.
