Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operational role.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Analytical mindset with problem identification and resolution.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities BAU with high-volume administrative tasks.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to program teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses to identify trends and improvements.
• Gather data for centralized reporting and BI platforms.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Ensure data in systems is up-to-date and accurate.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for project success.
• Draft newsletters and manage a communications schedule.
