Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an experienced Operations Manager (P3) to lead a diverse team of Senior Data Analysts, Training Specialists, and Senior Engineering Operations Specialists in Taguig, Philippines.

You will drive operational excellence, implement SOPs, and align team goals with strategic initiatives while partnering with senior leadership to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 2–3 years in a people leadership role.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across data analytics, training, and/or engineering operations.
• Strong understanding of facilities management, work order management systems, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
• Experience with performance management, coaching, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads across data analytics, training, and engineering operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, KPI setting, and continuous improvement.
• Translate leadership roadmap into actionable team goals and deliverables.
• Foster a learning culture with knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs.
• Communicate with senior leadership and executives; present updates and insights.
• Manage client engagement and ensure high-quality service delivery.
