Job summary

You will report to the Business Support Team Lead and work with Brokers and CMG Operations to ensure timely, accurate results while upholding company standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in an Administration Role or similar experience within the property industry.
• Tertiary qualifications in property-related discipline are preferred.
• Experience with expense reimbursement systems and CRM is advantageous.
• Strong communication and client service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to CMG JBS team.
• Manage time to meet deadlines and client SLAs.
• Ensure accurate data entry and processing across systems.
• Respond to client inquiries and liaise with Brokers and Operations team.
• Maintain documentation and support process improvements.
