Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or a similar role.
• Curiosity in project management, process improvement, business or related fields.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication.
• Understanding of general insurance or financial services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager to ensure proper controls and reporting.
• Manage issues and queries from segments; follow standard processes.
• Design and maintain SOPs for each segment, understand handoffs to support functions.
