Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business operations, operational analysis, or project coordination.
• Strong analytical ability, including interpreting datasets, identifying trends and presenting findings.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience maintaining operational dashboards, reports and tracking tools.
• Experience supporting process mapping and root-cause analysis or continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and call out exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate and analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and supporting analysis for operational decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into reports, data models, formulas and repeatable analysis.
• Monitor agreed operational measures and prepare clear summaries.
• Coordinate defined improvement activities under the direction of the accountable owner.
• Maintain action plans, risks, decisions and supporting documentation.
• Support testing, implementation readiness and knowledge resources.
