Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an APAC Claims Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the APAC region. You will partner with country leaders, deploy Aon Claims Copilot, and lead claims standardization and data governance while delivering high‑quality, timely services.

This role requires strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to steer cross‑functional initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in claims operations, insurance/broking operations, or related roles, ideally with regional APAC exposure.
• Proven track record in driving operational improvements, process standardization and transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting or leading deployment of technology platforms or digital tools in an operational environment; exposure to AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, regulatory and audit requirements within insurance or broking claims.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen industry-leading Claims teams across APAC by driving operational excellence.
• Partner with Country Claims Leaders, Operations Leaders, and Global Claims Operations to deliver high-quality services.
• Lead deployment of Aon Claims Copilot across APAC markets, including planning and rollout.
• Act as a change agent for claims transformation initiatives and process changes.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, controls and workflows for consistent delivery.
• Champion data quality and governance in APAC Claims and improve data timeliness.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Coordinate with local markets to support regulatory, risk and audit requirements.
• Facilitate forums and working groups to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Gather stakeholder feedback on Copilot and other initiatives to inform enhancements.
