2GO Group is seeking a capable Operations Coordinator to support the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of both on-site and off-site processing operations. You’ll play an active part in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives while ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting.

You’ll collaborate with other departments, present performance findings, and track KPIs in line with Customer Service Level Agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field plus related coursework.
• 3 years of experience in operations/logistics roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, execute, and monitor on-site and off-site processing operations.
• Present performance findings and track KPIs aligned with SLAs.
• Support administrative functions and ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor attendance and manage resource utilization to support budget control.
