Job summary

2GO Group in Cebu, Philippines seeks an experienced logistics operations professional to synchronize manpower, fleet assets, and inventory to meet strict delivery timelines. You will bridge administrative planning with on-the-ground execution, ensuring shipments are tracked from inbound scanning to dispatch while keeping costs in check.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics operations, strong vendor management, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for trucking and courier vendors to secure vehicles based on daily volume forecasts.
• Monitor and record daily show up for warehouse and delivery staff; address shortages to maintain continuity.
• Receive and scrutinize vendor invoices; ensure billing accuracy before Finance approval with Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure scanning integrity and 100% compliance for Inbound, Sorting, and Scan/Assign in FarEye.
• Plan routes and assign shipments to couriers based on priority and geography/routes cluster.
• Report floor/shipments not dispatched same day; provide feedback to customer service and Operations Supervisor.
• Enforce 5S standards to keep production area safe, clean, and obstacle-free.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Hub Leadership.

You are the central engine of the facility’s daily workflow, responsible for synchronizing manpower, fleet assets, and inventory to meet strict delivery timelines. This role bridges the gap between administrative planning and physical execution, ensuring that every shipment is accounted for—from inbound scanning to final dispatch—while maintaining a cost-effective and organized production environment.

What You’ll Do (your Mission)

• Act as the primary point of contact for trucking and motorcycle courier vendors to secure the required number of vehicles based on daily volume forecasts.
• Monitor and record daily show up for warehouse and delivery staff; elevate staffing shortages to ensure operational continuity.
• Receive and scrutinize billing invoices from vendors, cross-referencing them with actual trips and attendance logs to ensure billing accuracy before submission to Finance with the approval of the Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure the scanning integrity and 100% compliance for Inbound, Sorting, and Scan and Assign scanning in FarEye.
• Plan routes and assign shipments to specific couriers/trucks based on priority and geography/routes cluster.
• Report parcel on floor/pending shipments that failed to be dispatched on the same day (excluding non-working days), providing immediate feedback to the customer service and Operations Supervisor.
• Enforce 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure the production ground is safe, clean, and free of obstructions.
• Perform all other tasks and duties as instructed and/or delegated by the Operations Manager or Hub Leadership related to the current job functions.
