Job summary

2GO Group seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee cross-dock transport services and client-principal contracts. You will manage warehouse and forwarding operations, ensure service levels meet client expectations, and drive profitability through KPI tracking and cost control.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with transport/warehouse management. Local travel and team coaching are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the same field or industry.
• Strong communication, leadership and client-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Support warehouse operations aligned with quality standards and client expectations.
• Lead cross-dock activities and contract compliance across transport and forwarding.
• Coordinate with internal units to develop initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Produce daily profitability analysis and KPIs; ensure accurate revenue invoicing.
• Champion safety, service excellence, and staff training compliance.
