Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a seasoned Procurement Operations Lead to drive end-to-end sourcing, fulfillment, and supplier management. You will translate strategies into actionable processes, lead a high-performing team, and partner with business units to deliver compliant, efficient procurement services.

You will champion operational excellence, adoption of automation, and performance metrics, balancing governance with speed and stakeholder satisfaction while scaling the function for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple procurement teams.
• Experience implementing procurement process improvements, automation, and ERP/P2P platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Procurement Operations covering Sourcing Execution and Fulfillment.
• Translate procurement strategies into efficient operational execution across the organization.
• Develop and execute the Procurement Operations strategy, APAO, resource capacity plan, and service delivery roadmap.
• Ensure Procurement Operations delivers high-quality, timely, compliant, and customer-focused services.
• Continuously assess capability, resources, and workload to keep the function scalable and responsive.
• Serve as the primary Procurement Business Partner for assigned units and Corporate Services Groups.
• Build relationships with business leaders to understand priorities and future procurement needs.
• Translate business needs into practical operating solutions to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Represent Procurement Operations in executive meetings and governance forums.
• Lead resolution of complex procurement issues requiring senior operational leadership.
• Balance responsiveness with governance, commercial discipline, and operational excellence.
