2GO Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator - Dispatch Planner to plan, assign, and optimize trips for cost-efficient and timely deliveries. You will allocate trips, plan routes, and utilize resources while coordinating with couriers, clients, and internal teams to keep schedules on track.

In this role you will monitor truck movements, ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, and handle trip documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate minimum; Senior High preferred.
• 2–5 years in dispatching or logistics is advantageous.
• Solid routing and trip planning understanding.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch trucks based on schedules and needs.
• Monitor truck movements and ensure on-time pickups/deliveries.
• Coordinate routes with couriers, delays, and special instructions.
• Communicate with customer service for bookings and updates.
• Handle trip documentation and reporting of issues.
• Track and report delays, incidents, or accidents.
