Job summary

The VITO Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a project-based role in Sta Rosa City, Laguna. You will support day-to-day service operations across multiple stations, handling administrative tasks, customer communications, billing, and logistics with internal teams and overseas partners.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in related roles, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to work independently across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years in operations, administration, service coordination, or customer service.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, data analysis, reporting, and PivotTables.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service tasks, customer POs, payments, and inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and ensure timely submission of service reports and documents.
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and equipment records with Finance.
• Manage tools, training logistics, uniforms, cash advances, expenses, and requisitions.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, stations, and overseas partners.
