SUHAY OPC is seeking a Project-Based Service Coordinator to streamline day-to-day service operations across Central, North, and South stations. You will manage administrative workflows, coordinate documentation, and engage with customers and overseas partners to ensure efficiency.
In this role you will generate quotations, track reports, and support billing and revenue tracking while coordinating station logistics and training support.
The Project-Based Service Coordinator is responsible for facilitating day-to-day service operations across Central, North, and South stations. The position manages administrative workflows, processes operational documentation, monitors revenue generation, and maintains active communication with customers and overseas partners to ensure overall operational efficiency.
Operations & Customer Relations: Tracks open service tasks in the ASApp database, coordinates customer PO approvals, conducts follow-ups on overdue service payments, and resolves client inquiries.
Documentation & Quotation Management: Generates service and application quotations, tracks report completeness, and submits required documentation (COAs, Machine Installation Reports, and Service Reports) to clients and international principals (Disco Japan and Singapore).
Billing & Revenue Tracking: Coordinates with Finance to process completed services for billing invoice generation and maintains records of billed and booked equipment to support revenue reporting.
Station Logistics & Training Support: Monitors tool availability across stations, assists with training program logistics (meals, certificates), and manages the requisition and issuance of uniforms and cleanroom apparel.
Financial Administration: Acts as petty cash custodian for the Central station and processes operational cash advances, expense reports, liquidations, purchase requests, and courier accounts (DHL/FedEx).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and PivotTables.
Key Competencies: Strong background in customer communication and administrative coordination, high attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple operational deadlines independently across various locations.
