Job summary

Nippon Express NEC Logistics Singapore PTE. LTD. Philippines Branch in Biñan, Laguna seeks a Logistics Coordinator to ensure on-time coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams. You will handle import/export bookings, shipping instructions, and pre-alerts while monitoring service providers and billing processes.

The role requires clear communication in English, a college degree, and willingness to work in Laguna Technopark Annex. Experience in logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• College graduate required.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Resident of Sta. Rosa, Biñan, Carmona or nearby towns preferred.
• Willing to work in Laguna Technopark Annex, Biñan, Laguna.
• Experience in logistics industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• On time coordination with customers, vendors/service providers, co-employees, supervisor/manager, and meeting job requirements such as documents for import/export booking, shipping instructions, pre-alert, etc.
• Close monitoring of service providers for client shipping advice, status and cargo details.
• Monitoring of sales, cost, reimbursable invoices, and encoding to Shipping Recording System.
• Preparing and sending billing or quotations to customers.
• Transferring to Accounting section of the yellow copy of sales invoices and original vendor invoices.
• Receiving and filing of CS documents.
• Complying with work rules, 6S and ISO standards.
• Serving as back up to other staff during leaves.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by superior, from time to time.
