JC Premiere Business International Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to monitor the growth and operations of franchisees by implementing strategies to enhance franchise operations and collaborating with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards.

The role involves visiting franchise outlets, executing strategies to increase profitability, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring SOPs are followed.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit and monitor franchise outlets.
• Execute strategies to increase franchise profitability.
• Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standard operating procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
• Franchise contract renewal; RTS-SPK availment; Re-training; Transfer of ownership; Ordering and delivery guidelines; Relocation; and Job order
• Provide an initial assessment to the franchisee’s proposed location before the ocular inspection of the Business Development Team.
• Attend and assist new franchisees during the grand opening.
• Submit a comprehensive report of food cart status in the assigned area of responsibility.
