Responsibilities

• Ensure all direct subordinates strictly comply with the company's SOPs.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and account representatives to validate cargo against manifests, and resolve discrepancies or delivery exceptions promptly.
• Analyze and update daily operational trackers, dashboards, and performance reports to support logistics planning and management visibility.
• Drive load optimization strategies to achieve minimum 85% truck utilization, minimizing empty space and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and updated trackers for all inbound and outbound data on a daily basis.
• Oversee the tallying of received cargo against the Pickup/Transfer Manifest and promptly report discrepancies to account representatives and clients.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, damages, or process deviations; ensure timely submission of incident reports.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across crossdock processes, supporting productivity, cost-efficiency, and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with logistics leadership and cross-functional teams on special projects, capacity planning, and strategic initiatives.
