Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Logistics/Operations professional based in Laguna. The role focuses on coordinating with customer service and other departments, driving performance metrics and ensuring on-time production planning.

You will track progress, revise schedules, and report results to leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, strong data analysis skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
• 3 Years of professional experience in supply chain/ops or related field.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with other departments and monitor performance indicators including Customer Service metrics.
• Ensure execution of daily production plan by setting priorities and updating schedules.
• Monitor administrative functions and maintain attendance and manpower records.
• Prepare attendance and supplies consumption data for workforce analysis and budgeting.

• Serves as liaison to other departments, including interacting with Customer Service team, present performance findings to supervisor and manager as well as tracking and measuring operational performance indicators. - Customer Service Level Agreement
• Ensures execution of daliy production plan by establishing priorities, monitoring hourly progress, revising schedules, and reporting results of the processing. - Operations Bulletin
• Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement. - Departmental Objectives
• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records for analysis of manpower utilization as well as records of supplies consumption - Budget
